スキースクールで働いていると、いろいろな目的のお客様がいらっしゃいます。私はレッスンの最初にお客様と簡単な会話をします。リラックスしてもらいつつ、レッスン参加の目的などをおうかがいします。おそらく他の先生方もそのようにされていることでしょう。レッスン申し込みの時点で、スキーレベルによってクラス分けされるわけですが、私が担当したお客様が今回は中年の女性1名だったので、いかようにもプランを組むことができる状況でした。お話をうかがうと、スキー場には一人で来ていて、一人で滑るよりも、誰かと一緒に滑りたくてスクールに参加されたとのことでした。大歓迎です！それでこちらのスキー場は初めてとのことでしたので、このあと一人で滑るときに滑りやすいようにスキー場のコース全体を案内しながら、ポイント、ポイント、スキーの指導をしながら移動しました。私も初心者のとき、がむしゃらに練習していた時、やっぱり一人だとつまらないなと思うことがありました。それでスクールに入って先生に教わったり一緒の班になった別の方とおしゃべりしたりのレッスンが本当に楽しかったことを思い出しました。これからも楽しいレッスンを心がけて頑張りたいと思います。
As I work at ski school, I meet many skiers with different purposes. I always talk with them at the beginning so that they would relax and I will get to know their intentions or goals.I suppose other instructors are doing the same. Depends on the learners’ ski level, they join in different groups. This time, I had one middle-aged female customer allocated. I could plan anything up to her. As I talked to her, she said she came alone to the ski resort, but she didn’t want to ski alone. She preferred to ski with someone else, and therefore she joined ski school. I gave her a big welcome. She also said it was her first time to come to the ski resort. I proposed to her that I would guide all the courses in the morning so that she might want to ski alone in the afternoon. She agreed, and I gave her a tour. I sometimes stopped and taught her some tips. When I was a beginner, I was practicing how to ski with a single-minded intensity. I remembered that I also felt practicing alone was not fun. I also entered ski school. I liked learning how to ski or chatting with instructors or other skiers. As I can understand the feeling of learners, I would like to continue the fun and comfortable ski lessons.
